C3 Staff Shares Their Experience with Harm Reduction
Our dedicated C3 team is making a difference in Skid Row, providing essential outreach services and a welcoming day center. At the Mollie Lowery and Frank Rice Center people can access showers, engage in activities, and receive crucial psychiatric services. Our program focuses on some of the most vulnerable individuals in Skid Row - people who are chronically unhoused, dealing with complex trauma, medical issues, or substance use concerns.
Celebrating 60 Years of The People Concern - Antonio's Story
Antonio struggled with mental health issues that eventually led him to become unhoused. After being hospitalized, he was referred to The People Concern, then called LA Men's Place. With their help, Antonio was able to move into his own apartment. The People Concern has over 60 years of experience in serving our unhoused neighbors. With comprehensive wraparound services, we ensure that Los Angeles residents are housed, healthy and safe.

We're proud to host programs like Studio 526 to provide a safe place for our program participants to express themselves. Studio 526 is free and open to the community.
