We are in member country #Mauritius for what could possibly be the first and hopefully of many dialogues on public financial management (#PFM) and #health facility autonomy. We are bringing together ministries of finance, ministries of health, and, ministries of local government from 14 countries from #Africa and leading international experts in #healthfinancing to reach a shared understanding of how each can support facility autonomy.
