Total Impact Capital is proud to announce the promotions of three outstanding members of our team! Please help us in congratulating Allie Dichiara's promotion to Vice President, Shivani Mishra's promotion to Senior Associate, and Evan Bohan's promotion to Associate. Allie joined TOTAL in 2020 from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she earned her Master’s in Public Policy. During her time at TOTAL Allie has led various advisory projects focused on scaling proven healthcare innovations in Sub-Saharan Africa to improve the quality of care and access to critical medicine for underserved communities. She has also co-authored white papers outlining financing solutions to global issues. Allie is spearheading TOTAL’s work in launching a Pay-for-Performance Supply Chain Trust to enhance private sector medical supply chains, and leading various collaborations with impact-focused initiatives to scale sustainably. Shivani joined TOTAL in 2021 from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she earned her Master’s in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID). Shivani also holds a Master’s in Development Practice from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. During her time at TOTAL, Shivani has contributed to the team’s business development and led project-specific tasks, including transaction execution, deal structuring, financial analysis, and due diligence. Shivani has conducted market and legal research for high-impact investment vehicle opportunities, including setting up blended finance investment vehicles in Africa & LATAM region. Evan joined TOTAL in 2022 from the Trinity College Dublin, where he earned his Master’s in Development Practice. During his time at TOTAL, Evan has been an integral part of the firm’s fund management team, providing underwriting and risk analysis support for its water financing facility for Central America, Azure Source Capital, and its financing vehicle for social franchises, the Franchise Impact Solutions Facility, which together have helped nearly 400,000 people get access to clean water. Evan is also supporting TOTAL’s effort to broaden the base of impact investors through its TOTAL Impact Notes program, which pools loans from several high impact financing vehicles into an easy to access instrument for impact first investors.
