For every experience, there is a priceless piece of memorabilia. The Neon Museum and Tropicana preserved the legacy of the iconic property by re-illuminating the iconic sign since becoming part of the collection. This piece of signage came from the property’s porte-cochere and was installed as part of a renovation in 1978. Designed by Jack Dubois and Raul Rodrigues, it was acquired by The Neon Museum in 2010 and now lives proudly above the patio in front of the Museum Store. Tropicana Las Vegas management team hosted a special team member appreciation day to express gratitude for their hard work, dedication and contributions to the success of the property. The event also allowed team members to celebrate, share stories and memories, as well as, bid farewell to fellow co-workers. #alloneteam

Tropicana Las Vegas is collaborating with esteemed institutions such as the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), the Neon Museum, and the Showgirl Museum to preserve the heritage and items of sentimental value within the Tropicana. Through these partnerships, we will be able to document and showcase the unique history and cultural impact of Tropicana Las Vegas.
