At 58 stories (975 feet tall), the Comcast Center in Philadelphia is one of the tallest LEED-certified buildings in the United States. Originally certified in 2009, it was recertified in 2024 as LEED Gold under LEED v4 Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings.
