நான் இருக்கிறேன் உங்களைத் தொழில் முனைவோர் ஆக்குவதற்கு” – என்ற மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் திரு. மு.க. ஸ்டாலின் அவர்களின் உறுதிமொழியின் அடிப்படையில் ‘TNRISE மகளிர் புத்தொழில் இயக்கம்’ திட்டத்தினை இன்று (3-7-2024) மாண்புமிகு இளைஞர் நலன் மற்றும் விளையாட்டுத் துறை அமைச்சர் திரு. உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலின் அவர்கள் தொடங்கி வைத்தார். திட்டத்தின் சின்னத்தை தொடங்கி வைத்த இவர், திராவிட பாரம்பரியம், பெண்களின் பொருளாதார சுயசார்பு குறித்தும் பேசினார். பெண் தொழில் முனைவோரின் உயர்மட்ட வளர்ச்சிக்கு துணை புரியும் TNRISE திட்டத்தின் வழியாக நிதியாதரவு, சந்தை இணைப்புகள், தொழில் நடவடிக்கை ஆதரவுகள் வழங்கப்படும். தொழில் முனைவோரின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு வேண்டிய தொழில்நுட்ப பயிற்சிகளை வழங்குவதற்கு Flipkart மற்றும் HP நிறுவனங்களுடன் கூட்டாண்மை ஒப்பந்தங்கள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.
