✅ Notre configurateur de FDES est vérifié ! Après 18 mois de développement avec notre partenaire Esteana, nous sommes fiers d’annoncer que notre configurateur Weclad a passé avec succès le processus de vérification ! 👉 Cet outil permet de générer des FDES* chantier spécifiques à chacun de nos projets, et garantit ainsi des résultats au plus proche de la réalité. Il couvre :  ◾ les murs rideaux (grille et cadre) en aluminium ou mixte bois-aluminium pour Kyotec et Rinaldi, ◾ les façades Panobloc biosourcées pour Techniwood. Pourquoi cet outil est-il utile pour nos projets et nos clients ? 1️⃣ En phase commerciale : il calcule précisément l'empreinte carbone de nos façades via des FDES provisoires, et valorise les gains carbone de nos variantes permis par notre travail d’éco-conception. 2️⃣ En phase exécution : il édite des FDES conformes à la norme NF EN 15804 + A2 /CN qui sont aussi exploitables pour les différentes réglementations et labels environnementaux (RE2020, BBCA…). Et on ne va pas s’arrêter là !  ➡️ Prochaines étapes : l’enregistrement de nos 3 FDES de référence sur la base INIES, puis la demande de reconnaissance en tant que configurateur pour la RE2020, pour être intégré aux logiciels d’ACV bâtiment ! *Fiche de déclaration environnementale & sanitaire

🌟 CNN : Skypark Luxembourg to shape the world in 2025! Weclad ACT for safety! On 12 November, as part of our ACT safety day, all our employees in 🇧🇪 🇫🇷 🇱🇺 🇬🇧 🇵🇱 🇵🇹 🇮🇹 stopped work to take part in a series of awareness-raising workshops on the risks associated with our façade activities. This year, the focus was on handling heavy materials 📦 and lifting façade elements 🏗️. To limit these 2 major risks, we take action on a daily basis! 1️⃣ We are increasing the use of appropriate lifting equipment Cranes, hoists, forklift trucks and other lifting tools are essential to avoid injuries linked to manual handling. 2️⃣ We train our employees in best practices Training sessions are organised on a regular basis. The aim is to make our employees aware of the safe technical gestures involved in handling heavy loads. 3️⃣ We apply rigorous procedures Each manual lifting or handling operation is preceded by a risk assessment and meticulous planning, to ensure that loads are handled safely. 🎯 On our sites, in our factories, and on all our offices, risk prevention and safety are at the heart of our concerns. Weclad in the spotlight at Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) ! ✨ Last Friday, Weclad sponsored the “Paris learning expedition” of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). The biggest event for players in the city and its densification. 🏙 In the morning, the 240 participants attended a fascinating keynote by Pierre-Yves Guice, CEO of Paris La Défense, on the ambition of the largest business district in Europe to become the world's first post-carbon district. This was followed by tours of the 11 sites contributing most to the architectural and sustainable transformation of Paris. 📷 Among them, 4 are clad with Weclad eco-responsible architectural façade solutions! ➡️ Aurore tower and Altiplano complex at La Défense (Kyotec - https://lnkd.in/e67Bwpw7) ➡️ Maestro tower in Saint-Denis (Rinaldi - https://lnkd.in/eYcH--tS) ➡️ Berlier residential tower in Paris (Techniwood - https://lnkd.in/ejewJjDU) Alongside the architects, the Weclad teams were able to highlight the design quality, technicality and durability of the façades designed and produced by our 580 experts. The day ended with one of the most beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower.
