On #WorldMentalHealthDay, Wellness Equity Alliance emphasizes that mental health is just as important as physical health — they're deeply connected. Mental health struggles are real and deserve care, not stigma. Through our programs, we bring vital mental health services to underserved communities, reminding everyone that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Together, we can create a healthier, more inclusive future for all! #MentalHealthMatters #HealthEquity #MentalHealthForAll

Wellnes where you are! Health Yeah!
Couldn’t be prouder of this team who flew in from across the country as we stand up wellness mobile units based at schools especially providing access for at risk youth in Albuquerque, New Mexico - focusing on integrated behavioral health, sexual health and primary care. At least 1/3 of the nation cannot or will not engage in healthcare in the way that its currently set up. Youth and adolescents encapsulate these care gaps. We need to do better and meet them where they are. We are doing that at Wellness Equity Alliance! Follow our journey as we bring wellness where they are. Health Yeah!!
