Our perinatal recovery program STRENGTH (Suporrting Treatment, Recovery, Education, Newborn care and Growth with Transition to Home) and our Women and Children’s Service Line at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is hosting NH Healthy Families Green to Go event, for our 3rd annual resource fair. We will have a special appearance from Doggie Heuser, MD, along with teams from WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), Community Action Partnership of Strafford County (CAPSC), WDH outpatient obstetrics, the Doorway, WDH Peer Recovery Support Specialists, WDH Behavioral Health, Social Work and Care Coordination, Child Life Specialists for car seat installation, WDH Wellness Coach, and WDH Pediatric Nutrition. Please share this flyer and the event with our community. There is no obligation to being a patient at WDH, although we would love to make connections with our resources and services offered!!
