Send the d*mn calendar link! As my quest for vendors goes on, I wonder why it's a cat and mouse game of "whats your availability?" Please just send me a calendar link. It's your best shot at getting me AND other important stakeholders on the call with you to vet your solution. Thanks for coming to my TED talk. That's it. That's the post. 😂

Excited to drop another big use case for Default today: CRM enrichment! This has been a long-awaited feature for many of our customers who use enrichment providers but haven't been able to unlock their full potential. Now, rather than bulk-enriching records in your CRM, you can enrich records anytime new Leads, Contacts, or Accounts are created. Why is this important? Well, a CRM with no (or bad) data is useless.

Another day, another Default use case 🤯 If you're collecting a high volume of self-serve sign-ups on your website, there's a good chance you're leaving money on the table. How are you deciding who to reach out to? Who should your sales team be tracking carefully? How can you associate new sign-ups with existing CRM accounts or opportunities? Now, you can sync your self-serve sign-ups to Default. Once Default captures them, you can enrich them with company- and contact-level data, qualify them, and build various other automations like: 1. Sending Slack notifications when a qualified user signs up. 2. Associate new sign-ups with existing CRM accounts as a lead or contact. 3. Automatically add qualified leads to a follow-up sequence in Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo. Now available with Default's new Workflows product!

Excited to showcase another new Default Workflows recipe today: Opportunity Notifications. Selling is a team sport... So why is it so hard to play like a team? Not only is collaboration important to team selling, so is visibility. With this new Workflows recipe, you can send a Slack notification to individual reps or a dedicated Slack channel anytime an Opportunity gets created, updated, or closed. We've been doing this at Default for the last few weeks and it's been super fun to see new Opportunities pop into our Slack workspace. It makes it 10x easier to collaborate on Slack threads and get context anytime we get a new deal in the pipeline.

Today we're excited to showcase one of our latest features at Default: Lead-to-Account Matching for Salesforce. Now, every time a new Lead gets created in your Salesforce instance you can automatically match it to an existing Account and convert it to a Contact. There's no compromises on matching criteria or prioritization logic, either. Duplicate accounts? No problem. You can set custom rules to find matching accounts and prioritize any duplicates. Yes, this means exactly what you think it means. No more messy Salesforce Flows or clunky third-party L2A matching tools. This is just one more way you can use Default to automate your GTM workflows. I talk to dozens of GTM leaders each week. Broadly speaking, they fall into two groups: 🚫 Group A 🚫 These orgs don’t manage their tech stack sprawl: dozens of point solutions (forms, schedulers, CRM, nurture, etc.) but no centralized orchestration strategy or platform. Instead, they rely on brittle integrations and hope nothing breaks. The result:  → Poor user experiences as leads bounce across platforms → Data loss at each stage due to broken integrations → Lead dropoff due to frustration with the whole process → Revenue leakage as reps aren’t notified of new leads in enough time to act ✅ Group B ✅ Other GTM leaders are tackling this issue head-on and minimizing the risks I mentioned above. This could mean replacing their point solutions or adopting an orchestration layer to provide a common framework within which they can operate. This group, I’m convinced, will outpace their competition over the next 6-12 months. If you want to be in Group B (and why wouldn’t you?), hit the link in the comments and we’ll help you get started.
