 🎓 This week-end Eduardo Silva-Romero, founder of Wordstone Dispute Resolution, will provide training on “ Introduction to Arbitration and Arbitration Agreements” and “Initiating Arbitration” as part of the first edition of the Certificate Course for Lawyers entitled ”Representation in Arbitration Proceedings” organized in Tbilisi by the Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC), in cooperation with the Center for International Commercial & Investment Arbitration at Columbia Law School (CICIA) and the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) of the U.S. Department of Commerce. The team of trainers also includes: Mariam (Maka) Gotsiridze, José Ricardo Feris, Kirsten Odynski, Steven Finizio, Dr Crina Baltag, FCIArb, Benjamin Siino and Kabir Duggal, Ph.D. The course will run from October to December 2024, kicking off right after the #GIACArbitrationdays, taking place today and tomorrow in Tbilisi.
