Position Overview:

Our client seeks an accomplished and driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations and strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role involves overseeing a small, highly skilled team and is crucial in guiding the company toward financial success and sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in senior financial leadership role within the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Yardi and Juniper Square software.
• Strong understanding of percentage of completion accounting and real estate finance.
• Preference is given to candidates who hold a CPA designation.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
