What will your day look like?

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Operational Efficiency:

• Optimize financial operations and implement best practices across the finance function.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Cost Management:

• Implement cost control measures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and manage financial risks and opportunities.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.

Who are you?

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a strong background in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational efficiency.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
