Epic Research Analyst

Location: Remote (PST hours)

Duration: 3 months + extensions

Rate: $70 - 80 per hour (W2 - DOE)

Key Qualifications:

• Epic Certifications: Research Clinical and/or Research Billing certification.
• Experience: Proven experience working with Epic systems, particularly in a research capacity.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability: Must be available to work during PST hours.

Daily Duties:

• Configure and optimize Epic Research module for clinical research workflows.
• Provide support and training to research and billing staff.
• Manage research data, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in research and billing workflows.
• Assist in the setup and management of clinical research protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay informed about Epic updates and participate in system testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving workflows and system functionality.
