Position: Social Media Manager


Job Summary: StemWave is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to drive new business revenue by building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and generating leads through strategic content marketing. The ideal candidate will excel in content creation, community management, and lead generation, working collaboratively with our team, partners, and clients to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and schedule 20 social media posts per platform per month across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (4-6 posts), and Facebook Community/Group.
  • Generate 20-30+ usable content posts/videos/photos per month by recording, editing, and curating content from internal and external sources.
  • Develop a content engine and systems for collecting content from the community, including client/patient treatment videos, live coaching calls, and client interviews.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, ideas, and briefs into usable content.


  1. Lead Generation:
  • Generate 20 organic bookings/leads per month through content production, collaboration, and organic outreach.
  • Create inbound leads/bookings with qualified prospects interested in StemWave’s products.
  1. Community Management:
  • Act as the active community manager for the Facebook group, posting 1-2 new engaging posts per day.
  • Engage with members, answer questions, direct people, and create new content for the group.
  • Use the group as a sales management tool to enhance sales enablement and engagement.
  • Nurture organic messages/comments and distribute them to the sales team, driving engagement to discovery calls.
  1. Administrative and Team Collaboration:
  • Attend daily team meetings via Zoom, presenting current numbers, projections, and progress.
  • Share new content created, posts made, follower count, organic bookings, and outreach efforts.
  • Perform minimal team and administrative tasks as required.

  • Production: Deliver high-quality results consistently, contributing meaningfully to projects and managing content effectively.

  • Creativity: Think outside the box, leveraging available assets to create engaging and innovative content.

Position Details:

  • Time: Full-time, 40+ hours/week (9am-5pm), in person at our Boston Seaport office.
  • Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000+ annually (experience dependent) 
  • Leave: Requests for time off must be made with advanced notice.
