I posted the below 1 week ago, just before I went on annual leave and had a fantastic response, It clearly resonated with a lot of my network but I'm hiring for a number of roles in our Sales team so I wanted to bring it back around. We are growing! I am hiring for Field AE's into our New Business team to join us as we enter FY25! The Access Group, Vincere.io, Access Volcanic, elay.io and Fast Track 360. There are 8000 of us globally so, we hire a lot of different type of people; We don’t have a “type” as the way I see it, it takes all sorts to make sales function perform at it’s highest. In saying that… In my 7 months at The Access Group I've noticed that those I've hired and those in the team now do have some commonalities, and I think these things are quite important and if they resonate with you then you may want to consider messaging me... 🦐 We’re not selfish – We want to be the best but we want to win as a team.
