I have to say, our book is 🔥. Not only that, it's; #OpenAccess. Faculty/Instructors: Reach out anytime if you have questions about content/adoption/other course materials we will have available online. Anyone interested in the food system: You can understand this book with no prior knowledge of economics!

The #FoodEconomics textbook is up! It's free to read online, offering an accessible, one-volume introduction to how #economics can help explain, predict and assess changes in #agriculture, #nutrition and #health. The first half uses #food to teach economic principles, and the second half shows how #FoodSystems have changed over time globally and in the U.S., with links to online data sources. You can browse and download to read on any device from here: https://lnkd.in/ePhd3dwB #OpenAccess is thanks to the wonderful ANH Academy - Agriculture, Nutrition and Health as part of their #TeachingResources, with a complete set of supporting materials (slides, exercises, exams) coming soon from them and at our textbook support site: https://lnkd.in/ekwX7eMe Thanks to the brilliant Amelia Finaret, coauthor on this and much previous research -- beaming with the physical book. It looks great online too!
