Another week, another HR Don’t: not asking if people need reasonable adjustments 😬 It is crucial in anyone’s recruitment process to ask if your interviewees need reasonable adjustments! Why is this SO important? ✅ You are making your business inclusive and accessible to everyone ✅ You are being legally compliant and not discriminating (directly or indirectly) ✅ You are showcasing how you act as a business by providing necessary adjustments to empower employees to perform at their best It is so easy to ask, ‘Do you need any reasonable adjustments to ensure you can bring your best self to the interview?’ 🤩 Inclusion is not a tick box exercise or a buzz word – it starts at the beginning of your employee experience and you only have one chance to make a first impression! 🙌 #inclusion #diversityandinclusion #hrconsultancy #businessupport #peoplestrategy

Why do employers not do this??? It should be as embedded in practice as giving the address for the interview location 🏆
