Interesting overview of different approaches to job descriptions! I can see how this might be very beneficial for highly skilled, more complex, exempt positions…it really shifts the focus from the tactics to the strategy! And, more effectively manages “other duties as assigned”!

(Not just the one you put in a pamphlet you outsourced 🤦♂️) People talk about the countless benefits of storytelling: > More revenue. > More opportunities. > An audience to speak to.
