If any social landlords are supporting this I think what you can do to take this one step further is to enhance the mental health support for your tenants and not just focus on the needs of your staff. One organisation I have in mind causes so much stress and anxiety to its tenants that it’s their own actions and treatment of their tenants that causes them the biggest mental health crisis. So if you have to leave messages on your call systems to instruct your tenants to be respectful and kind to your staff, you must ask yourself why would tenants behave this way? Why would they get upset or cross, why would they need to behave this way and what is your organisation doing to get this response from your tenants?
