ContactBabel was recently commissioned by Krisp to do an interesting research study of the impact on customer experience that agents' accents can have. One of the findings showed how uncomfortable customers are about asking agents to repeat themselves. When aligned with the frequency which customers do so (which as the chart shows, is far more than businesses believe), it has a significant impact on CX, agent experience and cost.
