Benchmarking where your organisation is at with diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging is vital to growth, creativity, recruitment & retention. Stonewall’s benchmarking is grueling but adds so much value and challenge and helps create a real plan to improve. On reviewing this years top 100 employers I can’t see the Outdoor Sector represented. When I move career into EDI and the outdoors I’ll be sure to save this one up for my interview questions!
