Just like Scrooge McDuck diving into his gold vault the reboot dove into the rich history of the original series. It honored the classics and the legacy of the Disney Afternoon while introducing fresh, dynamic characters—creating a show that resonates with new audiences and rewards longtime fans. 🏆 Here’s what we can learn from our feathered friends about building stellar teams: Respect the Legacy: Just as the reboot acknowledged the foundations of the original series, we should honor the legacy of our organizations. Another tricky week navigated here at ATSPACE LTD to all but round off another tricky month. We've had a lot of challenges this month, with the main ones being availability and managing the expectations of our clients (partly due to the availability issue). I'm pleased to say we have just about kept our heads above the water on both fronts. Sure, we've had the odd cock up here and there but who doesn't? It's not time to stand still and we've taken some really positive strides to make sure we improve and grow: - 3 x New Engineers hired and should be operational in August. - 4 x New Energy Assessors are now fully trained and carrying out work. - 2 x New Client Relationship Managers are now fully trained and serving. - Logistics Platform and CRM System are both one step closer. - Improved Employee Benefits have been rolled out. The mindset of our team is superb and I'm so excited to see where it takes us. Especially considering you are always just at the start! #DeliveringBeyondCompliance
