The number ten player is the heart and soul of any team. This player has the vision, the skill, the leadership, and the passion to make the game happen. They can switch from defence to offence, from pressure to creativity, from support to challenge, and from failure to success. This is why I think we need a book that explores what it means to be the number ten player in any system. Not just in soccer but also in work, in life, and society. To be the one who creates value and solves problems. To be the one who makes things easier and better for others. To be the one who thinks strategically and acts effectively.
