While Gen AI may seem intimidating, its variety of features can actually make your job easier. According to the study done by HBR, gen AI made simple tasks such as writing emails, preparing presentations, or reports a lot easier, and employees could spend 29% less time on these types of tasks. Making big decisions can be difficult and scary.
