Thanks to 82 generous donors, including the Greater Hartford Arts Council and the Emily Hall Tremaine Foundation, we reached our fundraising goal for Tree As Art! New sign in place thanking our donors. As the trunk dries out this spring, we can schedule the work on this beautiful project. Looking forward to seeing Tao LaBossiere and his team work their artistic magic. This project is funded in part thanks to a matching grant from Sustainable CT.

Please support our new project, Tree As Art. We are partnering with Sustainable CT to bring this beautiful piece of art to Bushnell Park. Local artist Art of Tao LaBossiere and his team are so excited about extending the life of this tree trunk by creating the White Oak Leaf Throne. No donation is too small. Please help us get 70 donations and raise $7000 that will be matched by Sustainable CT. bit.ly/TreeAsArt This project is supported in part by the Greater Hartford Arts Council. Thank you!
