Diligent Worker

When cooking a burger place the burger on a hot 140-145 degree grill. You should rotate the burger after to prevent sticking. If you don’t rotate the burger you can possibly loose meat onto the grill. Two rotations is all the burger needs. You will know when it’s time to flip the burger when the juices come up the top and over the sides. Again rotating the burger to prevent damaging the product.
