Re-sharing this post not only to put what looks like a great job opportunity out to my network... but also because it reminds me how many hats those in the research industry have to wear, especially when we are more senior. I was also struck by the fact that I was more drawn more to the qualities - inspirer and connector - than the pure skills (writer, sharp thinker etc.). As AI races forward, an ability to inspire and to connect feel like they will become increasingly important leadership traits. Interested to hear what others think. Do you agree?
