Here’s a glimpse of Speciailist Rescue Responder (SRR) for rescue / medical trauma care combined in vehicle incidents. An accredited rescue qualification. Here we see Royal Marines and a Government Agency working together to respond to a remote RTC. This is a basic single vehicle scenario with only one casualty - the enemy of darkness or night would change it again. We would absolutely expect them to carry out a rescue at night as we build challenges and complexity into the programme Direct threat care > Indirect threat care > Evacuation care in a moving vehicle to next RVP is all part of the programme.
