During 1 month now your customer in Ukraine cannot get the desired service. What are you doing to improve service support of your valued customers??? Aftersales sells cars, as you know. With this situation in place you won’t sell many and it explains why you’re not selling many now. The service leaves too much to be desired, especially, when we’re talking about how your customers are treated.

This car is a scam, worst after sale ever, I don't recommend anyone to buy this car, I have one C5 Aircross with a problem in the engine and they admit with the problem during my guarantee then after the guarantee was finished they start opening a case as they told me and then told me that Citroen Europe refused to do it as you are out of the guarantee. Now and after only 3 years i need new engine what the hell is such a car and owner and name.
