We seek a Business Development Director with experience in e-commerce shopping rewards programs to support our client's US launch. This Director will be crucial in achieving their strategic brand partnerships. Qualifications: 8+ years of proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Business Head or similar position in e-commerce or consumer internet, specializing in Business Development, Partnerships & Sales In-depth knowledge of the consumer internet landscape Demonstrated success in driving business development and achieving targets Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and solve complex problems. Core requirements and responsibilities include: Business Development team management at the director-level Develop & demonstrate knowledge of the product proposition Craft the brand partnerships GTM along with the leadership team, considering partner requirements & company offerings Onboard new brand partnerships for collaboration for launch & beyond Drive strategic barters with top brands instead of visibility & rewards Drive Key Metrics: - Brands onboarded/activated across categories & tiers basis their e-commerce revenue) - Monetization Develop a strategy for business monetization. Nurture partnerships with brands for future revenue opportunities Market Intelligence Source local intelligence to the product to ensure substantial organic value to customers & brands Demonstrate expertise in media/e-commerce trends to internal & external stakeholders. Product Management Work closely with the global product & engineering teams to define the business product roadmap.
