Do you get nervous before you give presentations? There is one thing you can do. Look for opportunities to do them. Put yourself forward for them. Yes it sounds obvious. And maybe too much of a challenge. But you can start small. Force yourself to say something in a small meeting. Then build from there. The more you do it, the easier it will get.
