It’s officially intern season! Check out these six helpful tips for creating a valuable internship program at your organization: 1. Encourage employees to participate in the intern program as supervisors. 2. Match the right interns with each open role! 3. Host two thorough orientations – one for your supervisors and one for your new interns. 4. Have a clear outline of what your interns will gain during their program. 5.
