The nomination is in recognition of the landmark #syndicated loan facility closed in July 2023. The USD 2 billion multi-tranche, dual-currency islamic/conventional, term and revolving faciltiy was oversubscribed and achieved 1.33x coverage. The main purpose of the transaction is to supercharge the growth of Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services #osv #fleet and cement our leadership position in the global landscape.
