Some very interesting panels at Payments Leaders' Summit … the one focused on Payments Orchestration and international payments had interesting perspectives from Tania Ziegler from booking. com and David Morgan from Spotify! Autonomous commerce is going to be a larger part of commerce as time goes on. Similar to how investors track e-commerce as a % of commerce, I believe autonomous as a % of commerce will become important. We don't have enough humans in the US to do basic retail jobs so businesses are going to look for solutions to automate.

Enjoyed a busy couple of days at the Pay360 event this week, so I thought I'd share a quick note the whirlwind of insights, encounters and the high-vibe atmosphere 🕺🏻 If you've ever endured the DLR to the ExCeL you'll know it can be a nightmare, so thank the lords of transport for the Lizzy Line! 🚝 🙌🏼 Stepping into the venue, it was clear that Pay360 was not just another event in the industry calendar. The atmosphere was buzzing – a vibrant mix of innovation and tradition, where cutting-edge payment tech met business formality in the most seamless way. 🤝 Meetings upon meetings! Each one was a deep-dive into potential collaborations, learning about innovative solutions and shared ambitions. It was inspiring to see many leaders and innovators in one place, all driven by a common goal of reshaping the future of payments. 💡 The sessions I attended were informative and enlightening. I had the opportunity to engage in conversations that spanned the latest in regulatory landscapes, emerging technologies, and customer trends. Each discussion was a learning moment, thanks to the diverse perspectives and expert insights shared. 🚀 But it wasn't all work and no play (honest! 😉). The stands were alive with the chatter of fellow industry professionals, each exchange a blend of business and camaraderie.
