Far too often, leaders accept silence as consent which keeps the team from achieving it's goals. Or, leaders avoid conflict or disagreement because they themselves have a strong aversion towards it. You'll experience much more success if you get input from every member of the team AND verbalized agreement from every member of the team even if you have to work through a few major disagreements. This workshop can help you notice your own automatic behaviors and give you skills facilitating agreements.
This Thursday, join Michael Broom and perfect your skills in facilitating team agreements. This is the very heart of creating the changes we want in our human systems. There is still time to register at https://lnkd.in/eAwcsznC

Part of a ecosystem to develop omnichannel strategies to gain and manage opt-ins. Particularly interesting when moving into new TA's with new customer groups and for biotechs (focused on rare diseases) from the US who are moving into Europe and require more digital-heavy GTM models. Still seeing the need for providing strong omnichannel campaigns to firstly gain the opt-ins, but then make strong use of the opt-ins once they are gathered.
Great that David Ziedman is joining our team. Welcome on board!
