Never Make This Mistake In Your Interviews ❌ And that is... Focusing too much on yourself rather than on your client. Always direct the conversation towards the employer and their needs. Because the interview is not a personal matchmaking process ('Rishta'), so you should not make it about promoting your qualifications. Here are a few tips that you should keep in mind when appearing for interviews: ✔️ Ask thoughtful questions about their business, its challenges, and goals. ✔️ Highlight how your skills, experiences, and accomplishments can address their issues. ✔️ Instead of listing your general qualifications, demonstrate your understanding of the role and how you're uniquely qualified to excel in it. ✔️ Keep the focus on how you can benefit your employer. ✔️ Don't monopolize the conversation. ✔️ Research the company thoroughly beforehand, so you can have a 2-way dialogue. 📌The key is to make the interview about solving the employer's problems, not simply promoting yourself.
