Everyone wants their interview to go smoothly. No matter how many interviews you've been to, you probably still get nervous, and you probably still feel under-prepared. They never seem to get easier, but we also only tend to do them once in a while, which makes it hard to practice being good at them. While you may not have control over a few things, you can be a master of what you can control. Our Recruitment Consultant Ryan Bray talks on the value of concentrating on the things you can control, avoiding getting overwhelmed by circumstances beyond your control, and making sure you do your research, prepare, and come on time.
