It was as always, a privilege to be able to represent Victorinox again, and speak at this year's FUTR Group Retail conference event in April as a moderator and an expert panellist. We shared knowledge on "Anticipating purchasing behaviours of the conscientious consumer" and moderated 'Shopping everywhere and all at once: “There is only one channel and that is your customer”' Thank you to great and knowledgeable panellists Alice O'Hagan and Iain Finlayson who took the session I moderated to another level giving actionable insights and sharing fantastic experiences to all in attendance. It also was great to be moderated by Marine Pajot who did a great job looking after fellow panellists Matt Thorne, Amelia Christie-Miller, Daniel Whitehead and myself as we talked about: - Brands being clear on what role each channel plays in the experience for the consumer (Matt) - A brands content strategy must communicate the benefit beyond the product itself (Amelia) - Listening to your consumers is vital to evolve your product in the right direction (Daniel) - To obtain a consistent Hybrid Ecommerce environment, consumer data driven decision making is key, as this enables subsequent investment in the correct technologies to fulfil consumer needs (me ;-)) If you missed this event, maybe I'll see you at the next one.
