Yesterday I was invited to the stage with Lise Pretorius of Matter to deliver a keynote on “Empowering climate and nature aligned investments” at Nordic Fintech Week. Lise gave same great examples of how the advances in data provide insight and a plethora of nuances💡 Before explaining how this can be used to make informed investment decisions. I took the end-investor perspective arguing for a customer-centric approach focused on nuanced impact (in addition to ESG); people & planet (in addition to financial risk) and do good (in addition to do no harm) - and the key role of data to do this 🔢 The explosion in complexity from regulation, data and customer demands call for the use of tech and partnerships to deliver the much needed solutions to power the green transition. DoLands long-lasting partnership with Matter is a great manifestation of this 🙏 I am totally energized by the many amazing dialogues that our team had at Nordic Fintech Week pointing to more potential.
