Rossi Companies Makes Community Impact with Donation INDIANAPOLIS - Jan. 21, 2024 - PRLog -- Indianapolis, IN 01/20/24 The Rossi Companies Inc. a premier multi service contractor based in Indianapolis made a generous donation of $50,000.00 to the Catholic Charities with the understanding that the proceeds were to be distributed for the less fortunate in both Indianapolis, and Louisville conversely for people that are homeless and needing provisions for shelter and aide during this time of extreme cold weather. We have very close ties to the Catholic Church, and feel it's both our obligation and duty to give back to communities when people are struggling just eat and find shelter, more so when temperatures have been lingering in the single digits, compounded by snowfall. With the many partnerships that we have developed over the years, we felt compelled to set a precedent as a partner that people can relate to, and are proud of as well. In the final analysis, we feel that helping our needing members in the community is both profitable and bottomline... Such as the extreme leadership of MATI’s Godfrey Enjady working tirelessly with friends, such as PVT’s James Meyers, to restore vital communications within and outside of their own service areas. Or the local businesses working together to meet the needs of those impacted. Local businesses matter and will be there when needed. We’re excited to announce that CUMAC is one of the first-ever recipients of the Food Security Access Fund, a collaborative, cross-sector fund led by The Tepper Foundation and New Jersey Office of the Food Security Advocate. This support will help us unlock additional funding opportunities and grow our work to fight hunger and its root causes through a holistic and trauma-informed approach that provides groceries and basic necessities to families and individuals in need. United States Cold Storage concluded its third annual "Connect for a Cause Campaign" on October 31. Employees raised $215,000 for seven non-profit organizations including: Make A Wish Tunnel to Towers Foundation St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Intermountain Primary Children's Hospital Valley Children's Healthcare Foundation Keith Mowery is USCS Executive Vice President, Logistics & West Region. "Since its inception three years ago, I have been blown away by the generosity and creativity of our COLDcrew members across the country in relation to the Connect for a Cause campaign," he says.
