Repeat.   My project at Polytech is ending soon, and I look forward to revealing what I and other great people have been working on in the past many months hence my colleague Marc Foldager's post. So make sure to follow Polytech to be the first to know. Trust builds trust via openness, transparency, and willingness to cooperate across business units instead of staying in the traditional department trenches where sales are overpromising to customers and R&D will not commit to a product roadmap. Meanwhile, marketing is stuck in the middle with a launch plan that will hardly fly. At Polytech, they do it differently. Having a shared and aligned go-to-market plan where all stakeholders across the organization have a say and concerns and opportunities are openly discussed. This fosters trust and confidence in the solution and people who are responsible for product development, validation and sales. So Polytech, Thorbjørn N.
