My mentor gave me a wake up call. To give you a context, if my business is at 1, his is at 6-7. And he pointed out all the things we were lacking on. Absolutely tore apart our model. 📌 Our funnels. 📌 Our organic presence on internet. 📌 Our lack of a community and referrals. And that’s when I realized what all these things have in common. They were all customer-centric. Better funnels? Learn how to create better value for customers. Better organic results? Make it easier for your customers to find you. A community? Make your customers’ so delighted that they stick around. Every step you make about your business has to be made with the customer in mind. Be customer obsessed and that’s how you win. My mentor gave me a wake up call. Now I’m giving you yours. Get customer obsessed. Thank me later. 🚀 Yesterday, Zunair Maqbool and I had the incredible opportunity to meet with Joe Kowalski, a true powerhouse in the SaaS industry. As a SaaS Angel Investor, Entrepreneur, Scientist, and Polymath, Joe embodies the spirit of innovation and success. Our session with him was nothing short of inspiring and productive. We delved deep into discussions about marketing strategies for SaaS, keys to success in business, understanding the intricacies of the SaaS industry, and identifying areas of focus and action steps for our ventures. Joe's depth of experience and wisdom in scaling businesses left an indelible mark on us. His insights into marketing services for SaaS were invaluable, emphasizing the importance of customer-centric approaches and building long-term relationships. What struck us the most was Joe's genuine passion for nurturing relationships with clients and fostering loyalty—a sentiment he eloquently shared on his Facebook profile. His emphasis on treating clients like royalty and focusing on long-term value over short-term gains resonated deeply with us. As we delved into discussions about understanding the SaaS industry, Joe provided invaluable guidance on navigating its complexities and identifying growth opportunities. He stressed the importance of staying agile, continuously learning, and adapting to market trends. When it came to defining business success, Joe emphasized the importance of perseverance, resilience, and a relentless focus on delivering value to customers. He encouraged us to set clear goals, stay disciplined, and prioritize execution over perfection. Meeting Joe Kowalski was not just an opportunity to learn from a seasoned professional; it was a transformative experience that has reshaped our perspective on entrepreneurship and the SaaS industry. Thank you, Joe, for your generosity in sharing your knowledge and experiences with us.
