An even better bit of logic is the coming increase of the energy price cap by £16 so that the energy companies can “recover the money they are not getting from those who can’t pay” their already inflated bills. …Because, you know, if energy costs are already sky-high and pushing folks into default, the obviously the solution is to make them even more expensive so as to protect the super profits they’re all making!

I discovered a shocking thing. I always hated math but- Today I’m going to use it to explain my point. According to my research, A *very well known* company pays it’s employees; $16.50/hour The total salary after the worktime of ↳40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year Would come out to be= $35,070 After tax, the total would be= $29,100 →Rent= $1600 →Utilities= $100 Your net worth= $725 Now wait for it. →Other expenses= $250 →Low budget food=$400 →Gas for car= $150 →Phone/TV bill= $40 Your net worth= $-117 Still don’t want to invest in your personal brand? You are truly missing out. Imagine a life where you - Command your worth - Have opportunities come and find you - Have your value is recognised by everyone This isn’t a a dream- it’s a reality for many. It can be for you too. Don’t settle for less in 2024.

lol!... Salary is salary regardless of time and season. We must learn how to budget and keep to our limits. Personally i have three purse for every penny that drops aside my monthly budget 1. investment purse 2. Savings purse 3. Emergency/Support purse The amount kept in all these might look small but wait till you repeatedly practice it. I have also cultured my mind to only touch my emergency/support purse if only the monthly budget is exhausted. I believe that Employee retention will increase drastically if organisations include financial management and discipline as part of their onboarding process or better still periodic training. #financeeducation
