41 badges, 74 Reports, and a whole lot of growth this G2 season 🍁 Here are the 3 initiatives that helped us attune our sales efforts to bring overall success: 📌 Demo availability For the last three seasons—when we started consistently doubling our G2 badges—we have given the utmost priority to always being ready for a quick demo session. This mattered for a reason: We were going for world domination 😈 And that higher availability for every region naturally resulted in increasing our regional badges to a whopping 25. 📌 Fully personalized demos Now, this one is a common practice, but if you don’t personalize a demo, you might as well not do it. This year, we focused on identifying each lead’s potential pain points and use cases before and during demos. The difference was night and day. Leads became customers who already knew exactly how they’d use UserGuiding, even before making a purchase. 📌 Sales out ❌ , consultation in ✅ If you tell someone you will take away their money without explaining why first, you will never see them again. The simple solution for us was to offer value without focusing on whether we could sell or not — That showed our leads that we wanted to see what we could give them, not what they could give us. Now, that’s what worked for us this year, and we’re excited to try even more sophisticated approaches for the next season. So… see you for Winter 2025! ☃️❄️

Friday Wins: Celebrating Progress and Encouraging Growth 🎉 Happy Friday, everyone! It’s time to celebrate our weekly wins and encourage each other to keep pushing forward. Here are a few of my highlights from this week: 1. 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: I've improved my networking goals every day, making sure to stay consistent with speaking to new people. It’s harder than most people think, but I encourage you to do it. Network with people that will get you to the next level. 15 minutes a day is better than zero. Start somewhere. 2. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: After being locked out of my Calendly for quite some time, customer support finally pulled through and got me back into it. I can finally schedule meetings again! 3. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲: I finished a new business course packed with valuable knowledge that I can now share with others. Always be learning! 4. 𝗚𝘆𝗺 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲: Last Saturday, I hit a 50kg dumbbell bench press for 10 reps! I’ve maintained my gym schedule and even gave myself an extra day of rest, which allowed me to power through and have another excellent session. 5. 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵: I met with a client who had a breakthrough moment, realizing that if he doesn’t make any decisions, he’ll be stuck in a bad routine. He acknowledged that he was his own worst enemy, and I was happy to help him discuss and work through that. 6. 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 (𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳): I got a haircut and it didn’t completely make me cry at the outcome. Still on the hunt for a barber in Prague that wows me. Eyes 👀 open! 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱. Discovery wins championships 🏆 I'm in the process of onboarding a couple new AE's to my team. As they begin building top of funnel... We stay in the discovery practice phase for weeks. Why? 🤔 Great discovery is what allows teams to understand what the customers are going through. Getting to the root of the problem and if its something we can even help them solve. Flipping the mindset from selling to solving. Our new AE's are fortunate to get to spend early days with our CEO Rina Alexin & our VP of Product Ken Feehan. Getting deep dives into our customers world and how we can help them - not just sell to them. 🤝
