Thanks for sharing John Arms. This is like a company health check exercise, but focused on how the customer perceives the business.... love the idea of using that angle and perspective rather than just looking at the internal metrics and KPI's. The action column is critical as well. It's one thing to grade yourself, but then what will you do with that info.
