We love our interns. When given the right opportunity, and a little mentorship and guidance they provide creativity, drive and enthusiasm that can pay huge dividends to any organization. Being based in a college town helps, but we have found that keeping them on 10-15 hours a week during the school year gives them experience that accelerates their growth exponentially!
