When Elina Kelly asked me around 5km in yesterday "do you find it easy?", I instantly replied "never". 💫 I love being active and will give anything a go. Reflecting on the year so far, I've ran pretty much every week, various paces, distances and terrain. Alongside that I love golf, combat sports, weight training amongst many other things and would never consider any of them 'easy'. They all come with something that pushes you that little bit harder whether that's mentally or physically. 🤼 What I love as much as pushing myself to my limits or out of my comfort zone, is doing that with others. Recognising our capabilities, pushing the boundaries and achieving whatever it is we set out to achieve. 🧠 My mentality translates very much in to everything outside of fitness too, working with others to get the best from them, whether that's businesses or individuals.
