You don't know what anyone may be going through 😢 or know the facts until you walk in their shoes. Here are some strategies to help:- * Reach out - connect with friends or colleagues * Practice Self Care - Engage in activities that promote wellbeing, like exercise or meditation. * Set realistic goals - Break tasks into manageable steps to reduce feeling overwhelmed * Acknowledge emotions - it's ok to feel sad or down, but try to identify and challenge negative thought patterns * Limit Stressors - Reduce exposure to stressors when possible and prioritise self compassion. * There are many organisations out there confidentially willing to help like PIPS Suicide Prevention Ireland Charity, AWARE NI, MindWise and Samaritans Best wishes Kerri 😁 #brewmonday #selfcare #healthawareness #behappy #staypositive #supporteachother
