📣 First Experience 🖋 A recruiter during an interview, always asks the question "Do you have any experiences?" I have always wondered how this question defines us as professionals in the field of work, how can I truly answer to this apparently simple question? However, I can say that I was lucky enough to work in a food company called "La Doria". During this work experience I was able to learn more about the production process from the raw material to the final product. I increased my problem-solving and critical thinking skills. The achievement of a quality standard necessary for the realization of a product always equal, no matter what! Perform tests and inspections to conform to established standards and record test data for report generation and analysis, required for continuous advancement. But above all I was able to take part in the realization of something much bigger: a production chain! It will seem trivial, but in a company every person counts and every job position is necessary for the entire production process to succeed. We often forget the most important thing, in life as in work: Togheter We stand, divided We fall! Thanks to all the people that helped me to improve both professionally and personally during my "first experience". #feelingGrateful

Step 1: Do your research. The first step is to do your research on the role you are applying for. This includes understanding the company culture, mission, and products or services. This information is found on the company's website, social media pages, and news articles. Step 2: Highlight your skills and experience. Your CV and cover letter should highlight the key skills and experience that are relevant to the role you are applying for. You can also use keywords from the job advert throughout your CV and cover letter. This will help your resume to be seen by the hiring manager. Step 3: Practice your interview skills. Once you have submitted your CV and cover letter, the next step is to prepare for the interview. This means practising your interview skills, such as answering common interview questions and being able to talk about your skills and experience in detail. Step 4: Follow up after the interview.
