Thanks Brian Wade for sharing so many great insights. One that really stuck with me was that so often we think we need to fix the plane while we fly it when in reality all planes must land sometimes. I reflected on the deep dive one on one coaching we have done at TIGNUM and the huge impact you can have by just landing your own plane for a day or two of guided reflection.
